Day 01: Departure from Mumbai
Arrive for Deccan Odyssey Tour and you will be warmly welcomed by our representatives. You will be transferred to the hotel. Check in and rest for a while. Later, you will be drive to the Chattrapati Shivaji terminus, from where this royal train leaves on a Wednesday.
Day 02: Mumbai – Jaigarh
Morning arrival at Bhoke Railway Station. Take morning breakfast and you will be shifted for a bus ride to Rai Bhatgaon Jetty, for backwater cruise to Jaigarh Fort. After lunch, you will enjoy visiting Ratnagiri town (the birthplace of great Indian freedom fighter Lokmanya Tilak).Also visit Ratnadurg Fort, Lokmanya Tilak Smarak, Ratnagiri Bazar etc. Departure of train from Ratnagiri railway station.
Day 03: Jaigarh – Sindhudurg
You will arrive at Sindhudurg Railway station in morning. After morning breakfast, you will be shifted in an air conditioned bus ride for the nest tourist destination Malvan Jetty and visit Sindhudurg Sea Fort. You will also be enjoying back water cruise through the Tarkarli creek up to Kalse Jetty. Later you will be arranged a bus ride to Sawantwadi town, to visit 'Shilpagrama' (the craft village). Departure of train from Sawantwadi railway station in the evening.
Day 04: Sindhugarh – Goa
Arrival of train at Goa railway station in morning. After morning breakfast, you will be visiting the famous places of Goa, such as Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral, Se Cathedral Church of St. Francis of Assissi, Anjuna Beach, Colva Beach, Dona Paula Beach, etc. Departure of train from Madgaon railway station In evening
Day 05: Goa – Pune
Morning arrive at Pune railway station. Take morning breakfast and visit the famous tourist spots in the city, such as Mahatma Phule Mandai, Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum, Sir David Sasoon Synagogues, Osho International Commune, Tribal Museum, Aga Khan Palace, etc. Departure of train from Pune railway station in evening.
Day 06: Pune – Aurangabad
Morning arrive at Aurangabad railway station. Take morning breakfast and you will be visiting the various tourist spots in the city, such as Shivaji Museum, Aurangabad Caves, Bibi-ka-Maqbara, Daulatabad Fort, Ghrishneshwar Temple, etc. Departure of train from Aurangabad railway station in evening.
Day 07: Aurangabad – Ajanta
Train will reach at Jalgaon railway station in the morning. Take morning breakfast and you will be visiting the famous Ajanta caves. In the afternoon, the train will leave from Bhusalval Railway station and stop at Nashik railway station. Here you will enjoy visiting Panchawati Ghat and Sula Winery Yard, where you will be served with dinner and wine. Departure of train from Nashik Railway station in evening.
Day 08: Arrival at Mumbai (Tour end)
On eighth day of this royal train journey in Deccan Odyssey, train will reach the Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus of Mumbai in the morning. Here our representatives will pick you and will make your transfer arrangement to the airport, to catch a flight back home.
